Situation
Client had no automated email flows and was relying on one-off manual campaigns.
Approach
Built and managed Klaviyo email marketing systems, including automated flows for welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, and win-back campaigns. Used audience segmentation and A/B testing to optimize performance.

Abandoned Cart Recovery Flow, built from scratch

Situation
Client had no abandoned cart flow in place — recoverable revenue from cart abandonment was going entirely uncaptured.
Approach
Designed and built an abandoned cart email sequence in Klaviyo from the ground up, including timing, segmentation, and messaging strategy.  Wrote education-first copy that presold the ingredients and routine.

Welcome Flow Redesign

Situation
A brand's existing welcome flow was a single generic email with low open rates and no clear next step for new subscribers.
Approach
Redesigned the flow into a multi-email sequence with personalization, a clear CTA, product upsell opportunities, and customer testimonials for social proof to increase early engagement, buyer trust, and first-purchase likelihood.

Digital eBook Launch — Solo Funnel Build

Situation
Wanted to test building and monetizing a digital product from scratch with no existing audience and no paid budget.
Approach
Self-published an eBook on YouTube channel growth and monetization via Gumroad. Drove traffic through organic Instagram and Threads content, with Threads emerging as the top-performing channel.
